Scuba dive in Lake Ohrid
Lake Ohrid is a picturesque summer destination, but did you know it's also home to the Bay of Bones? Named after the bones found beneath the lake surface, this is a unique scuba diving experience. Visit the Millennium Cross, Skopje
The Millennium Cross is a 66m tall cross stuck upon the Vodno mountain on the outskirts of Skopje. Built in 2009 to commemorate 2,000 years of Christianity in Macedonia, it's an incredible sight you can easily reach from the city. Take the cable car up the mountain for unbelievable panoramas, or break a sweat by hiking up the mountain.
